We offer a lifetime warranty on any device purchased directly from any SecuLife website, third-party marketplace, or digital eCommerce store managed by SecuLife® or its authorized partners. The device must have an active subscription to qualify.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard will be shipped the same day, with the exception of holidays and weekends; these orders will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on our website will receive a tracking number sent to the email you provided. If you have not received your order within 7 to 10 business days, please contact us by visiting support.seculife.us, and one of our customer service team members will assist you.
